Terms of use

The house rules for a Paypig account, Pink Truffles, and digital gifts.

Sample terms for MVP review. Final legal text will be provided by the client before launch.

Pink Truffles

Pink Truffles are platform credits used to send digital gifts. They are not cash. Creators earn from digital gifts sent using Pink Truffles and from sponsorship payments made by debit or credit card.

Digital gifts

Gifts on Paypig are digital only. Phase 1 does not ship physical goods and does not fulfil real-world purchases.

Adults only

Paypig is for people who are 18 or older. Creating an account requires that confirmation.

Accounts

Paypig may suspend or block an account that breaks these rules or misuses the house. A suspended account cannot sign in until it is restored.

Commission

Creator earnings are subject to the platform commission in force when a gift is sent. Rates are set by Paypig and may differ by creator. Historical gifts are not recalculated.
